Summer Fancy Food Show: Chile presents its food innovation in New York
ProChile supports the participation of four national companies in one of the most relevant gourmet food and beverage fairs in the United States.
Chile strengthens its positioning as a provider of innovative, value-added food in the American market, with its participation in the Summer Fancy Food Show, one of the most important gourmet sector fairs in the United States. In this edition, four Chilean companies in the field of food innovation Bigu Snacks, Grana, Nativ for Life, and Patagonian Spirit Tea are part of the delegation coordinated by ProChile.
Organized by the Specialty Food Association, the fair takes place in the city of New York and brings together producers, distributors, importers and other key players in the industry. It is a strategic platform for promoting differentiated, functional, sustainable products with high nutritional value, attributes that define the Chilean offer in this sector.

"For Chile, participating in the Summer Fancy Food Show is a key opportunity to strengthen the presence of our companies in a market as competitive as the American one. We are showcasing products with innovation, identity, and quality, that respond to new global consumption trends," affirmed Andrea Sapag, Commercial Director of ProChile in New York.
And he added: "The United States is one of the priority destinations for Chilean food supply, and events like this allow not only to generate business, but also to highlight the transformation of the sector towards more sustainable, healthy and high-value-added propositions."

The Summer Fancy Food Show aims to provide a venue where all industry players can meet to showcase and discover innovative products, establish business connections, and explore new market opportunities, promoting excellence in the specialty food industry and fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange among participants.
