Chilean startup Videsk consolidates its presence in Peru with support from BCP

The Chilean startup Videsk, recognized in the customer service area for creating a Video Contact Center, is taking a solid step in its regional strategy by deepening its presence in the Peruvian market alongside the Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP).

This strategic alliance is strengthened with the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into its technological solution, which allows for a more efficient, close, and personalized experience for the bank's customers, combining video calls supported with artificial intelligence.
