BE-A launches AI-powered phone guest service at Czech Republic's Pecr hotel
Pecr hotel complex is the first in the Czech Republic to offer BE-A's AI voice-based guest service, expanding the platform's front-office automation beyond messaging to phone calls.
Flae Robotics' BE-A has launched phone-based AI guest service at the Pecr hotel complex, marking the first live rollout in the Czech Republic.
BE-A is an AI-powered platform that unifies guest communications and automates front-office workflows across channels, including email, WhatsApp, and now telephone. It is designed to help hotels respond to guests faster and handle routine enquiries automatically, while allowing hotel teams to focus on delivering personal and high-quality service.
The platform demonstrates that it automates up to 90% of repetitive front-office requests, freeing reception staff to handle special cases and provide personal service. Unlike conventional chatbots, BE-A does not rely on predefined scripts. It understands context, asks clarifying questions, and performs real actions, including processing bookings during live calls.

BE-A's phone service handles complete guest interactions end-to-end.
It can:
- Create and confirm reservations, including selecting dates and rooms, calculating prices
- Amend or cancel bookings while checking conditions and fees in real time.
- Switch to the caller’s language automatically for a natural, human-like conversation.
- Transfer a call to a live receptionist when needed, passing full context so guests don’t have to repeat their details.
- Keep a complete, searchable record of calls, including transcripts and agreed terms, to support follow-up and operational accuracy.

Flae Robotics has recently launched BE-A Chain, a new solution for hotel groups and central reservation offices. It will intelligently route guest enquiries to the most suitable property based on location and availability, enabling multi-property service through a single AI agent. H&Hotels Group, which operates eight hotels in Prague, is leading the pilot program.
BE-A is currently available in both virtual and voice versions and continues to expand its capabilities to help hotels deliver effortless, responsive, and human-centered hospitality.
