From Chile to Latam: Viper aids in technological transformation to tackle emergencies
With over ten years of experience, the scale-up VIPER has revolutionized dispatch and mass notifications in emergencies, and is now looking to strengthen its presence in new strategic markets, such as Colombia and Peru.
""Everything we do is to save lives"," with these words Camilo Salazar, co-founder of Viper explains how the technology they have developed in their 10 years of existence is now beginning to expand outside of Chile.
And of course, since Viper is a scale-up that develops software solutions to face emergencies, both for organizations such as Firefighters, Ambulances, Citizen Security, but also for private service companies, in a way that allows those in charge to do the job better or faster.
With the experience gained over these 10 years in Chile, their sights are now set beyond our borders. Having clients in Peru and Argentina, they are exploring an ambitious expansion with a focus on Colombia and Mexico.

IN THE CROSSHAIRS: COLOMBIA AND MEXICO
To strengthen its presence and explore new business opportunities, VIPER will participate in several specialized fairs, both in Chile (Exposeguridad), Colombia (DRJ), Mexico (NENA 2024) and the United States (FDIC in Indianapolis 2025).
Furthermore, Salazar highlighted the importance for them of visiting Colombia and Mexico in October, both to assess the market and to establish commercial relationships.
The events we are going to participate in, including those in Mexico and Colombia, as well as the one in Indianapolis - which is the largest technology and advances fair for firefighters - are of great importance to us. They provide us with the opportunity to directly connect with other companies in the emergency world and present our technological solutions.
