Partnering in Business with Germany: Program seeks internationalization of SMEs in Germany

The initiative of the German government includes a visit to the Hanover Fair, individual business-to-business meetings, and group activities to strengthen trade and cultural exchange.

Small and medium-sized companies will be able to apply for a new version of the Partnering in Business with Germany program to participate in a training program on the development of commercial and international projects, and travel to Germany for three weeks to establish ties with potential partners in the European country.

"This initiative that we have been developing for several years with the German government has enabled nearly 300 companies to participate in a training and learning program with German business and institutional counterparts, generating collaboration links that significantly favor the commercial, cultural exchange and the adoption of good practices in terms of innovation and technological adoption," said Claudio Maggi, Manager of Territorial Development of Corfo.

  • The schedule includes a visit to the Hannover International Fair, where the advanced manufacturing industry, digital ecosystems, energy and engineering participate.
  • Business-to-business meetings and group activities are added.
  • The last phase consists of the follow-up stage where participants work on their business projects.

It is important to remember that the application process will be open until Monday, December 2, 2024, at 15:00 hours on corfo.cl
